Let’s make pour decisions. Shep’s Bar brings mobile trailer service, crafted cocktails, and interactive experiences to weddings, private parties, and brand events across Southern California. The trailer is the centerpiece of every package.
Happy Hour Bar — From $1,000
Classic, easygoing service for guests who want their favorites. Includes 2 hours of service for up to 50 guests, the trailer, bartender, beer and wine service, classic mixed drinks, standard mixers and garnishes, ice, cups and supplies, plus setup and cleanup.
Alcohol is purchased separately by the client from a custom shopping list provided by Shep’s Bar.

Signature Cocktail Bar — From $1,250
Two crafted signature cocktails and an elevated presentation. Includes 2 hours for up to 50 guests, everything in Happy Hour Bar, specialty mixers and syrups, elevated garnishes, and a custom cocktail menu.

Full Bar Experience — From $1,500
Make the bar part of the experience. Includes 3 hours for up to 50 guests, everything in Signature Cocktail Bar, up to 3 signature cocktails, premium presentation, and event or theme-specific touches.

Pricing scales with guest count as staffing, ice, mixers, cups, and service needs grow. The trailer remains your main service point; a satellite bar can add a second station when your layout or volume calls for it.
Add-ons & Customization
Additional service hour — $225; staffing adjustments may apply.
Satellite bar — From $300 for faster service, indoor access, or a traditional bar setup.
Additional bartender — $275 minimum for larger events or multiple service points.
Additional signature cocktail — $100 each, including extra prep and ingredients.
Custom branding or signage — From $100 for menus and event presentation.
Travel — Custom quote based on location, distance, and towing requirements.
Interactive Experiences
Guests can wander up throughout the party to taste, compare, sip, pair, and discover something new. The format is playful and conversational, with no classes or formal sit-down tastings.
Taste It Three Ways — $35/guest, $1,000 minimum. Explore one spirit neat, in a cocktail, and with a small bite or pairing.
The Spirit Flight — $30/guest, $1,000 minimum. Compare categories, expressions, producers, or styles with the story behind each sip.
Blind Tasting — $30/guest, $1,000 minimum. Compare aroma and flavor, make a guess, then get the reveal.
Cocktail Lab — $40/guest, $1,000 minimum. Discover how citrus, sweeteners, mixers, and bitters transform one base spirit.
Top Shelf — $45/guest, $1,250 minimum. Premium selections, their stories, and a cocktail tasting showcasing a featured spirit.
Each includes interactive hosting, trailer setup, tasting and cocktail supplies, mixers, and presentation. Alcohol is purchased separately by the client. Customize around tequila, Bacanora, whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, or another spirit that fits your event.
How Booking Works
1. Share your event — Send your date, location, guest count, and the package or experience you have in mind.
2. Receive your proposal — We build a tailored quote with service hours, guest-count pricing, and selected add-ons.
3. Make it yours — Finalize the menu and presentation. We provide a custom alcohol shopping list for you to purchase separately.
4. Enjoy your event — We bring the trailer, set up, serve for your selected package hours, and handle cleanup.
Service Area & Event Details
Serving Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange County, Palm Springs, and San Diego. Travel is quoted based on event location, distance, and towing requirements.
Bar pricing starts at up to 50 guests, with tiers for 51–75 and 76–100 guests. Events with 100+ guests receive a custom quote. Interactive experience minimums are listed above.
